Cook the ground beef and onion in a large pan, breaking apart the beef as it cooks, until cooked, about ⏱️ 10 minutes.

Add the butter and garlic, mix and cook until the butter melts, about a minute.

Sprinkle in the flour, mix well and let it cook for a minute.

Add the broth, pepperoncini peppers, pickling juice, soy sauce, 4. worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, ranch seasoning, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer until the sauce thickens, about ⏱️ 3 minutes.
