Cook the bacon in a pan before setting aside on paper towels to drain.

Toss the potatoes and bacon in the mixture of the mayo, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, mustard, the lights of the green onions, and half of the cheese.

Place the potatoes in a greased 9×13 inch baking pan and sprinkle on the remaining cheese.

Bake, covered in foil, in a preheated 350F/175C oven until the potatoes start to get tender and the sides are bubbling about ⏱️ 1 hour, remove the foil and cook until the top is golden brown, about ⏱️ 20 minutes.

Sprinkle on the greens of the green onions and enjoy!
