Wash and prep all of the produce. I like to remove the mint leaves from the stems to prevent them from getting stuck in the juicer.

For the juicer method, feed the cucumber, green apple, lime, mint, and ginger through the juicer. Alternate the mint with the cucumber and apple to help it juice more efficiently.

Divide the juice between two glasses and serve immediately, with ice if desired.

For the blender method, combine the cucumber, green apple, lime, mint, ginger, and water in a high-speed blender.

Blend for 30 to ⏱️ 45 seconds, or until smooth.

Pour the mixture through a nut milk bag or fine mesh strainer. Squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
