In a microwave safe bowl whisk together sugar and eggs.

Place in the microwave and micorave for ⏱️ 1 minute intervals until thickened. Takes about ⏱️ 4-5 minutes depending on your microwave. Alternatively you could use a double boiler.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a mini muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.Roll out pie dough and using a flower cutter cut into flower shapes.

Transfer to the grease muffin tin and bake for ⏱️ 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
