Start by lining a square pan (8"x8") with parchment paper. Add the condensed milk and chocolate chops to an oven safe bowl and heat on high for ⏱️ 1 minute.

Remove; then allow to sit for ⏱️ 1 minute before stirring. If the chocolate isn't all melted, heat in ⏱️ 15 second increments until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth; then add the vanilla extract and pecans and stir.

Pour the fudge into prepared pan, place in the refrigerator to set for at least one hour before cutting into squares. Store in an airtight container either on the counter or in the refrigerator. Fudge does not need to be kept refrigerated; however, we prefer our fudge cold.
