In a medium, microwavable bowl, mash the banana with a fork until smooth.

Whisk in the egg, brown sugar, milk, oil and vanilla extract until well blended.

In a separate small bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder and salt.

Stir the dry ingredients into the wet and mix until the batter is smooth.

Microwave on high for ⏱️ 90 seconds. Check for doneness and continue to cook in 20-second increments, until cooked through. (It will most likely be done in about ⏱️ 2 minutes.) This timing is based on a 1200WATT microwave so check your wattage.
