Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the chicken and cook, about ⏱️ 8-10 minutes, before setting aside.

Add the garlic and taco seasoning, mix, and cook until fragrant, about a minute.

Add the chicken, zucchini, beans, and tomatoes, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and cook for ⏱️ 5 minutes.
