Combine all the ingredients for the Big Mac sauce in a bowl and mix well. For best flavor, let the sauce rest for ⏱️ 1 hour before using.

In a small bowl, soak the dried minced onion in 3 tablespoons of warm water until the onions are rehydrated and soft, about 5 to ⏱️ 10 minutes.
