Combine cardamom pods and seeds, peppercorns, cloves, cinnamon sticks, star anise, ginger, and 4 cups water in a medium pot. Bring to a boil. Add tea bags then reduce heat and simmer ⏱️ 10 minutes. Stir in milk and maple syrup. Simmer ⏱️ 5 minutes.
