Place the quinoa in a saucepan with boiling water and a little salt.

Let this cook for about ⏱️ 15 minutes until soft with a little bite. Once cooked, remove and leave to cool.

Once the quinoa has cooked and cooled, place all of the salad ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
