Add the frozen mango, honey (or agave nectar), yogurt and lime juice into a food processor.
(10 oz/284 g) frozen mango2 cupsfresh lime juice1 tablespoon

Blend for about ⏱️ 2-3 minutes, scraping down the sides of the bowl once or twice, until smooth, creamy and lump-free.

Fold in the lime zest with a spatula.

Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for a minimum ⏱️ 6 hours but preferably overnight. Store it in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
