TO PREPARE THE YOGURT CHIA PUDDING:In a bowl soak 2 tbsp chia seeds in 6 oz water (or you can use orange juice) for ⏱️ 5-10 minutes. This will produce a nutritious chia gel. Mix chia gel with vanilla and plain yogurt. Add sweetener if needed.
