Cream the butter and sugars, mix in the egg, lemon curd and lemon zest followed by the mixture of the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt before mixing in the white chocolate chips.

Form the dough into 1-2 tablespoon balls and place on a grease, parchment paper lines or silicon lined baking pan, spaces 2 inches from each other and bake in a preheated 350F/180C oven until just lightly golden brown on the edges, about ⏱️ 8-12 minutes, before removing from the oven to cool on the pan for ⏱️ 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. (Do this in batches if required.)
