In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment (or using a handheld mixer), whip the cream to soft peaks. Set aside.

In a 2 quart (2 liter) trifle dish, layer half of the blueberry topping, half of the angel food cake cubes, half of the lemon curd and half of the whipped cream.

Repeat to create a second layer.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least ⏱️ 4 hours (or up to overnight) to allow the flavors to meld.

Serve chilled, garnished with some fresh blueberries and lemon slices, if desired. This is best served within ⏱️ 24 hours of assembly, but leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
