📝 Preparation Steps
1
Braise the meat
2
Salt & season the meat and set the oven to 300°F/148°C. Add a spoonful of oil to a dutch oven. Add the meat and sear it on all sides until a nice brown crust forms. Add enough beef broth to almost submerge the meat, and bring it to a simmer. Cover and transfer to the oven to braise until tender for ⏱️ 5-7 hours.

Pull the beef out and shred it up. Place it in containers to use on various dishes throughout the week. Set a pan over medium-high heat and add some of the braised meat. Once the meat is starting to crisp up, add a squirt of sriracha, a squirt of hoisin sauce, and lastly, a couple of shakes of Maggi seasoning. Slice your bread roll, if needed (and optionally toast).
