1. In a large frying pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add kataifi pastry and toast until golden and crunchy, around ⏱️ 10 minutes.

2. In a bowl, mix pistachio paste, tahini, and salt. Stir in toasted kataifi until evenly combined.

3. Place Labubu molds on a tray. Melt pink chocolate with coconut oil, then flick over molds for a splash pattern. Repeat with green chocolate. Let set in fridge.

4. Melt dark or milk chocolate. Spoon into molds, spreading to cover sides fully. Let excess drip off. Chill to set slightly.

5. Add pistachio kataifi mixture to each mold and smooth with a spatula. Cover with remaining chocolate and smooth the top. Chill until firm.
