Bring 2 ½ cups of water to a boil in a medium-sized skillet or saucepan.

Add the ramen noodles, cover, and cook for ⏱️ 2 minutes, or until tender.

Add in the reserved seasoning packet and stir well.

Whisk the egg in a small bowl, and add it to the ramen, whisking vigorously to incorporate the egg.
