Shred crab sticks with two forks in a bowl.

In a bowl, combine crab, onion, garlic, eggs, green onions, red bell pepper, chives, jalapeno, flour, water, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Heat saucepan or skillet on low-medium heat. Once pan is hot, add oil. Add 2 tbs mixture to the pan and place 1 shrimp on top. Cook for roughly ⏱️ 3 minutes on each side or until batter is golden brown.
