Kimchi Stir-Fry

Cook the noodles according to instructions on pack. Once cooked, drain and leave to one side.

Roughly slice the cabbage.

Place the garlic, kimchi, coconut sugar, tamari and lime juice into a blender and pulse until smooth.

Place a pan over a medium heat and add a drizzle of sesame oil. Add the red chilli, cabbage and kimchi paste and cook for around ⏱️ 10 minutes until the cabbage has wilted.

Slice the spring onions and stir through, along with the sesame seeds and noodles, before serving.
