For the Key Lime Bundt Cake

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F; then coat the inside of a bundt pan with cooking spray.

Add the sugar and lime zest to the blender and pulse for ⏱️ 30 seconds. Add the lime juice, eggs, olive oil and milk; then blend until smooth.

Next, add the flour, baking powder and salt and pulse for ⏱️ 1 minute until the batter is smooth. Pour the batter into the greased bundt pan and bake for ⏱️ 30 minutes or until the top springs back.

Allow the cake to cool for ⏱️ 5 minutes; then transfer to a cooling rack to finish cooling completely. Drizzle the key lime glaze on top of the cooled bundt cake and cut into 8 pieces.

For the Key Lime Glaze

Combine the confectioners sugar and key lime juice in a small bowl. Mix well until the glaze is smooth.
