Combine 2 oz. bourbon, ½ oz. dry vermouth, ½ oz. sweet vermouth, 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters, and 1 bar spoon orange marmalade in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well chilled, 20–⏱️ 25 seconds, then double-strain through a julep strainer and tea strainer into a coupe. Garnish with an orange twist.
