In a large pot add the 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil. Sauté the ½ diced red onion, 1 chopped red bell pepper, 2 jalapeno peppers, and 3 cloves minced garlic over medium heat until tender.

Add the 1 pound lean ground beef and cook until no longer pink. Stir in the 2 tablespoons taco seasoning

Add the 1 (14.5-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed 1 cup corn, 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes, ½ cup salsa, ¾ cup chicken broth, and ½ cup chopped cilantro. Bring the chili to a simmer and cook for ⏱️ 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
