Roughly chop garlic and slice jalapeno. Take out the seeds if you like it less spicy.

Heat pan to high for a few minutes until you see smoke. Add 1/4 cup corn oil or avocado oil. Once its really hot, turn off the fire. Add garlic immediately.

Once garlic is golden, add jalapeno and cook for β±οΈ 30 seconds.

Add 1 tbs knorr liquid seasoning and mix together. Put this on noodles, rice, eggs, chicken, ramen, anything and its sooo delicious!
