In a large measuring cup or bowl add the broth, tomato paste, ¼ teaspoon of salt and wine. Whisk together. Set aside.

Season the skirt steak on both sides with the salt, garlic powder and your seasoning of choice then add into the Instant Pot.

Next finish adding your ingredients to the Instant Pot. Add the sliced onions, green onions, pearl onions, rosemary and potatoes. Then add the liquid mixture that was set to the side. Seal the Instant Pot and set to the “high pressure” setting for ⏱️ 20 minutes.

Once the time is up you can allow it to naturally release or press the “quick release” button. When you are ready, remove the top and mix in the green beans and parsley into the pot. The green beans will cook with the residual heat.
