Inside Out Caramel Apples are a fun fall treat. Fresh apples are cored and filled with caramel and sprinkled with cinnamon before being baked until tender. A sprinkling of pecans and a last drizzle of caramel makes them a wonderfully easy, delicious dessert.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Core each apple, leaving 1/2 inch of the core at the bottom.

Place each apple on a square of foil. Fill the hollowed apples with caramel sauce, sprinkle with cinnamon, and 1 tablespoon of water. Wrap the apples in the foil and place in a baking dish.

Bake for ⏱️ 25-30 minutes, or until the apples have softened. Remove from the oven and let cool a bit.
