Place your stale bread in a food processor and blend until you have fine breadcrumbs. Use as is fresh or dry them out. To Dry Breadcrumbs: Preheat your oven to 250°F (125°C). Places the crumbs on a baking tray and bake for roughly ⏱️ 15 minutes or until dry and crisp stirring every few minutes.

Store the fresh breadcrumbs in the fridge for up to 1 week. Store the dried breadcrumbs in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks in the cupboard. Also, you can freeze them for up to 4 months.
