How to Cook Frozen Hot Dogs

Check off ingredients as you prepare them:

Add the water to the dutch oven.

Place frozen hot dogs carefully into the pot.

Bring the water to a boil, uncovered.

Once the frozen hot dogs begin to soften, you can separate them with a butter knife. (wear oven mitts to protect your hands)

Continue to boil until heated through.

Remove the hot dogs to a plate and drain the water.

Heat the butter in the bottom of the dutch oven and sear the hot dogs.
