Hot Honey Old Bay Wings
Crispy chicken wings glazed with a sweet and spicy Old Bay sauce.

Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel, then season each side with the Old Bay.

Add 1-2 inches of oil to a large deep skillet, or fill a deep fryer to the minimum line. Heat the oil to 375F.

Once it has reached temp, fry the chicken wings for ⏱️ 8-10 minutes until they are light brown and crispy. Remove from the oil and set aside on a baking tray lined with a cooling rack.

Glaze

Add all of the glaze ingredients to a saucepan. Over medium-high heat, bring to a boil for ⏱️ 2 minutes, then remove from heat. (Be careful not to touch the glaze at this point - it is very hot coming off the stove and can burn!)

Quickly place wings in a large mixing bowl and toss with the glaze.
