Heat the oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium high heat; then add the diced chicken and cook until no longer pink; approximately ⏱️ 5-7 minutes.

In a small bowl, combine the chicken broth, orange juice, honey, dill, salt and pepper; then whisk until smooth.

Reduce the heat to low, add the flour to the chicken and stir to coat the pieces.

Next, add the liquid mixture and the diced tangerines and simmer for ⏱️ 5-7 minutes until the sauce starts to thicken slightly. Serve over cooked egg noodles or rice.
