For the sauce:

Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan. Cook on medium heat for ⏱️ 5-6 minutes, until the sauce gets hot and thickens.

For the meatballs:

In a food processor or blender add chicken and process until ground. Add egg, bread, garlic, onion, salt and pepper and process until combined.
