Honey Soy Glazed Salmon

Pre-heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and season the salmon with salt and pepper. Add a little olive oil to the skillet and then place the salmon in the pan, presentation side down. Sear for ⏱️ 3 minutes on each side and then transfer the salmon to a plate.

Add the honey, soy sauce, ginger, chili garlic paste and lime juice to the pan. Stir together and cook for a minute or two. Return the salmon to the pan, coating both sides with the glaze. Lower the heat and simmer the salmon in the glaze for another 3 or ⏱️ 4 minutes, until the salmon is firm to the touch with just a little give and the glaze has thickened.
