Whisk together honey, mustard, and Sriracha in a bowl.

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook bacon, in batches, until beginning to brown, 1 to ⏱️ 2 minutes. Brush with a tiny bit of honey mustard, flip, and brush second side; cook until golden brown, 1 to ⏱️ 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate. Repeat with remaining bacon and glaze.
