Heat the skillet over medium-high heat; then spray the skillet with cooking spray. Gently place the pork chops in the pan and let them cook for ⏱️ 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and lightly charred.

While the pork chops are cooking, combine the honey, syrup and sage in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.

Once the pork chops are almost cooked through, reduce heat to medium-low and pour the honey mixture over them. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for an additional ⏱️ 3-5 minutes or until the minimum internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F.
