Combine lime juice with cornstarch in a small bowl and mix to dissolve cornstarch. Add this to the pan.

Add all remaining ingredients to the pan and continue to stir together just until shrimp turns opaque, about 1 1/⏱️ 2 minutes. Do not overcook. Remove from heat.
