Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Heat the honey, cinnamon and salt in a small saucepan over low heat until the honey has thinned.

Add the cashews to a bowl; then pour the honey mixture over the nuts. Mix well.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the nuts evenly on the pan and bake ⏱️ 12-15 minutes. Allow to cool completely and store in an airtight container for up to one week.
