Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add 16 ounces whole or sliced mushrooms and season with salt,t and ground black pepper, to taste. Cook for ⏱️ 4-5 minutes, until the mushrooms start to become tender.
