In a large bowl combine oat flour, protein powder, flax seed, salt, peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla.

Mix until everything is combine (the mixture will be pretty thick. You might have to use your hands to mix everything)

Line a 8 x 8 loaf pan with parchment paper. Press the oat mixture into the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips on top then press those in.

Refrigerate for ⏱️ 1 hour or overnight. Cut into bars then enjoy!These can be kept in the fridge for up to a week.
