Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp, flipping halfway through, about ⏱️ 7 minutes. Drain on a paper towel–lined plate, then roughly chop.

Mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, thyme, honey, pepper and Worcestershire sauce in a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment on medium speed until completely combined, about ⏱️ 2 minutes.

Add the cheddar and monterey jack cheeses and mix on low speed until combined. Stir in the pimentos, dried fruit and chopped bacon. Transfer to a bowl and serve with sliced vegetables and crackers.
