Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Liberally grease a muffin tin with olive oil, set aside.

Add egg whites to a stand mixer with the whisk attachment. Turn on high and whip the egg whites until the eggs form stiff peaks.

By hand fold in the flour, salt, both cheeses, pepperoni and salami. (The egg whites will deflate a little that is okay!)

Divide the egg mixture between the muffin tin.Bake for ⏱️ 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Allow them to cool in the muffin tin for ⏱️ 10 minutes before removing.Enjoy with marinara for dipping and enjoy!
