Boil the noodles according to package directions, and drain.

Mix the sauce & fry an egg

In a small bowl, mix together gochujang, mayo, and vinegar until smooth. Taste and adjust if needed. Fry a sunny side up egg to your desired doneness and set aside.

In the noodle pot, mix together the drained noodles and the noodle sauce. Add the noodles to a plate, and top it with a fried egg, sliced scallions, and black sesame seeds. Enjoy.
