Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the chicken and onion and cook, until the chicken is cooked through and the onion is tender, about ⏱️ 7-10 minutes.

Add the butter and let it melt before adding the garlic and cooking until fragrant, about a minute.
