Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.In a large bowl add in the bananas and mash using the back of a fork or a muddler.

Next add in the oats, peanut butter, cinnamon, maple syrup and chocolate chips.

Stir to combine. Portion out large tablespoon size cookies. (I usually get around 12 cookies)Using the back of a fork press the cookies down to flatten them.

Bake for ⏱️ 8-10 minutes or until the cookies look set.Allow them to cool on the baking sheet for ⏱️ 5 minutes before removing them.
