Preheat oven to 425°F.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, half and half, salt and pepper, set it aside.

In a 12-inch oven-safe skillet, add in your oil, spinach, and garlic. Cook over medium heat until the spinach is wilted, about ⏱️ 2 minutes. Add the ham and cheese to the pan.
