Start cooking the pasta as directed on the package.

Meanwhile, cook the beef in a large pan over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks, about ⏱️ 10 minutes, before draining off any excess grease.

Add the cheese and let it melt into the sauce before seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

Drain the pasta, reserving some of the pasta cooking water, toss the pasta with the sauce, along with enough of the reserved pasta water to bring the sauce the desired consistency.
