Green Goddess Hummus
This green goddess hummus, made with bright fresh herbs, is the perfect summertime dip — special enough to make for friends, but simple and easy for everyday. We love to serve it on a grazing board with lots of fresh veggies, or use it in wraps, sandwiches and salads.

Place all of the ingredients for the hummus into the bowl of a food processor and blitz until smooth and creamy. It can take a while to break down all of the herbs, so allow it to process for several minutes, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. Add salt to taste.

Spread out in a shallow bowl, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with chives, parsley and flaky sea salt. Serve with your favourite vegetables and crackers for dipping. Keeps well in the fridge for up to 5 days.
