Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat, add the onion, poblano, and jalapeno and cook until tender, about ⏱️ 5-7 minutes.

Add the garlic and cumin and cook until fragrant, about a minute.

Add the chicken, broth, salsa verde, and oregano, bring to boil, reduce the heat and simmer until the chicken is cooked through, about ⏱️ 20-30 minutes.

Remove the chicken and shred it (or slice it) before returning it to the saucepan.

Add the noodles and cook until tender, about ⏱️ 8-10 minutes, mixing every few minutes.

Add the corn, green onions, and cilantro.
