Heat the oil in the pan.

Add the garlic and ginger and saute until fragrant, about ⏱️ 1 minute.

Add pork and brown.

Add the green beans, fermented black beans, chili bean paste, chili sauce, Sichuan peppercorns, soy sauce, and chicken stock and simmer until the green beans are just cooked, about ⏱️ 5 minutes.
