Heat the oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat, add the onion and the lights of the green onions, and cook until tender, about ⏱️ 5-7 minutes.

Add rice and garlic, mix well and cook for a minute.

Add the broth, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, and butter, bring to a boil, reduce the heat to low, cover and let it cook for ⏱️ 20 minutes.
