Mix everything well.

Marinate the chicken in the marinade/dressing, for ⏱️ 30 minutes to overnight.

Heat a skillet over medium heat, add the chicken and marinade and cook until the chicken is cooked through, about ⏱️ 8-10 minutes.

Bring the quinoa and water to a boil in a saucepan, cover, reduce the heat and simmer for ⏱️ 15 minutes, turn off the heat and let sit, covered, for ⏱️ 5 minutes, fluff and let cool.
