Marinate the chicken in the mixture of the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper for ⏱️ 20 minutes to overnight.

Cook the chicken and onion in a large pan over medium heat. (There should be enough oil in the marinade on the chicken to cook.)

Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about a minute.

Add the orzo, broth, oregano, kalamata olives, and roasted red peppers, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer until the orzo is cooked, about ⏱️ 8-10 minutes, mixing every few minutes.
